Ballad Labs, Inc. · Last updated October 26, 2026
In plain language: These are the companies that process data on our behalf to run Ballad. Each is bound by confidentiality and data-processing obligations and receives only what its part of the Service needs. When the list changes, the date above changes with it.
This page lists the subprocessors Ballad Labs, Inc. uses to provide the Service described in our Privacy Policy.

- Amazon Web Services (United States): Our database, file storage, and encryption keys for the credentials you connect.
- Anthropic (United States): AI models that draft, edit and analyse; receives the context described in section 3 of our Privacy Policy.
- OpenAI (United States): Image generation for visual posts, and asking ChatGPT (through OpenAI's API, with web search) the questions you track for AI answer visibility; receives the text and brand details an image is drawn from, and those questions.

Receives the workspace's name, its Owner's email, an internal workspace ID and the plan; the card, billing address and tax details you enter at checkout go to Stripe directly.
- Resend (United States): Delivers the emails Ballad sends you, such as product updates you opted into.
