Ballad now writes full long-form articles, not just posts: create a Collection, let Ballad draft the piece with a generated hero image, review it as a rendered article, and approved articles publish straight to your site. Approving a social post now assigns it a real send time based on your channel's cadence and timezone, instead of sitting until you post it yourself. Each persona also gets a public page at ballad.to/<handle> with social links, a bio, and one call-to-action. And Ballad can now generate, review, and publish posts to X, alongside LinkedIn, with a per-persona toggle for each platform.
What you can do now
Create a Collection — a blog with a cadence — and let Ballad draft the article: it researches the live web for facts, cites sources, and cross-links related posts on your site. Review the result as a rendered article, editable section by section, and approve to publish headlessly, triggering a rebuild. From there it schedules and publishes itself, no manual step.
Approving any post now assigns a real send time based on cadence (LinkedIn a few times a week, X daily) and your timezone, visible on Today and in Content. LinkedIn skips weekends, and previously-approved posts get picked up automatically.
Claim a handle in Personas for a public ballad.to/handle page — social links, short bio, one call-to-action, your Google photo — publish or take offline anytime. Per-persona toggles now control whether X is active alongside LinkedIn.
Setup and what changed
On the site side, setup is one step: point Ballad at your domain and it grabs your rebuild webhook. From there you get RSS/Atom-ready feed data with authors and excerpts, paginated feeds for larger sites, and cleaner SEO metadata. Published articles now have a Republish control that refreshes SEO metadata without touching the text, plus an editable publish date for back-dating imported posts — both re-sync your live site automatically.
Navigation changed too. Content is now the hub for both your persona queues and your article Collections. Loop replaces the standalone Personas tab. Desktop gets a persistent sidebar, a content column, and a right-hand rail on Today; Settings and Sign out moved to the account menu. Mobile is unchanged.
