Screenshots for release notes, personal voice facts, and smarter site linking

This release adds three things: release notes that can request a screenshot and learn from it, personal facts a founder voice can draw on when writing, and site linking that maps your pages so posts and threads link to the right one. There are also several smaller fixes covered below.

Screenshots for release notes

A release note about a new feature is more useful with a picture of the feature. Obvious once you say it, but until now Ballad's planner had no way to ask for one.

Now it can. When Ballad is writing a release note and needs to see the thing it's describing, it asks for a screenshot. You supply it by upload, through the API, or by dropping it right into the review pane in Inbox. Until you do, that entry sits under "Waiting on you" in Inbox — it won't get written blind.

The screenshot isn't just for that one note. Ballad keeps it, and uses it to learn what that part of your product actually looks like. That shows up later as better alt text, more specific language in future release notes, and proposed names for surfaces it hasn't seen before. One picture, compounding.

Personal facts and site linking

Two ways your voice gets more specific. You can now give a founder voice up to twelve personal facts, each tagged fine to write, background only, or never to be written, with a date confirming it's still current. Posts, threads, image posts, and essays will occasionally draw on one when it actually makes the point land — not in release notes, case studies, or the brand voice, and never dressed up beyond what you gave it.

Separately, Ballad now keeps a daily-refreshed inventory of your site's pages, so posts and threads link to the specific page a topic calls for, and closing lines in ask-style essays point to sign-up, pricing, product, or docs pages as appropriate.

Fixes and smaller changes

• Inbox filters no longer get stuck on empty: once approving items clears everything matching your previous selection, the filter falls back to "all" automatically.
• Post today stops showing manual-posting instructions for accounts that post to X themselves. It only surfaces an item there if the scheduled post missed its window, and now tells you exactly when Ballad will post it instead.
• People's Accounts tab and its count now reflect active accounts only — deleted accounts no longer show up or get counted.
• Removing a competitor from your watchlist retires Loop's beliefs about them right away; drafting a battlecard seeds or updates them, so Loop doesn't hold onto stale claims.
• Agents can amend a battlecard's where-we-win, where-they-win, and objections sections through the MCP connector without redrafting the whole card, and the underlying beliefs update to match.
• X posts now count any URL as 23 characters, matching how X counts them, so posts with links aren't wrongly flagged as too long.
• Replies now learn from how you actually answered or corrected a draft, and use that going forward.
