What shipped

Strategy is reorganized, and the Inbox greeting card now shows last week's outcomes.

Strategy now opens with what Ballad knows: the read, Voices, Competitors with battlecards, beliefs, and your Corrections and Products. After that come the plan and what it learned, then activity.

The Inbox greeting card now ends with a weekly outcomes band. It shows last week's visitors and signups, each with week-over-week change and a seven-day sparkline. It also shows signups from Ballad's work with their share, and your best post.

If tracking isn't set up, the band points you to Settings › Site. That is how you turn it on.

What changed if you already use Ballad

Four things moved.

  • Decisions now live only in the Inbox. Strategy no longer shows them.
  • AI visibility is now on Signals. The market card on Strategy is gone.
  • Signup counts in the Inbox, Strategy and Signals no longer include Ballad's own activity and membership events. They now match the people who actually signed up.
  • On Signals, the Conversions card is now called Signups, and each signup is credited to the person's first touch.

If a signup number looks different from last week, this is why.

Smaller fixes

  • The release notes setup walkthrough now starts with Connect GitHub and choosing where entries come from: commits on a schedule, GitHub releases, or both. Webhooks are still available under 'Not on GitHub? Use webhooks instead'.
  • A member's 'last seen' in People now updates when they use Ballad through a Claude connector or interact with it in Slack, not only when they open an app page.
  • Pages now redirect to sign-in when your session has expired, rather than briefly showing an error screen.
  • The Inbox summary uses correct singular and plural wording, such as '1 thing needs you today' and '1 email sequence to approve', and says 'and more' when sections are left out.
