What shipped

Loop now grounds content in facts pulled straight from your site, docs, and pricing pages, and landing pages support ad and launch types with a custom URL prefix.

Ballad reads your product, docs, and pricing pages and turns them into sourced facts. Writers pull from those facts when drafting pages, sequences, releases, and battlecards — pricing itself is left out. You can see everything Ballad has learned about your product under Loop › Products, and ask Ballad questions against these facts directly.

A writer that guesses fills gaps with something plausible-sounding, not something true. Grounding it in facts you actually published means what it writes matches what your product actually does.

Landing pages now support ad and launch types, with a custom route prefix you set. They're also picked up by Ballad's regular site crawl, so they're no longer left out of tracking.

What you can do now

Under Loop › Products, you can now see everything Ballad has learned about your product — the facts it pulled from your site, docs, and pricing pages. You can ask Ballad questions directly against these facts, the same ones writers pull from when drafting pages, sequences, releases, and battlecards.

On landing pages: you can now create pages for ads or launches and set the route prefix they live under. Before this, those pages sat outside Ballad's regular site crawl, so ad and launch traffic was effectively invisible to tracking. That's what changed — ad and launch landing pages are now picked up by the crawl along with everything else.

A dark-themed web app at app.balladlabs.com with a left sidebar (Inbox, Content, People, Signals, Loop highlighted, Agents) and a main panel titled 'What your site says' listing product capability statements each with a source path link.
