Loop: a living world model of beliefs and predictions

Loop now keeps a running set of specific, evidence-backed beliefs about your company and market. Before a piece goes out, Loop records what it expects to happen on each metric, then scores that prediction once the results are in. You can see the current beliefs and a track record of how often they're calibrated, and plan changes and drafts are now informed by what Ballad currently believes rather than a static plan.

This is for founders who want to know what Ballad thinks, not just what it did. On Loop you can now see the current beliefs, a track record of calibration showing how often those beliefs turn out right, and how plan changes and drafts are informed by what Ballad currently believes.

Loop itself is redesigned as a compact briefing: a decisions band plus six cards, each summarizing one question, that open into full pages for beliefs, plan, market, history, and products. One screen instead of a long scroll.

Product details — one-liner, site, docs, named surfaces — now live on Loop as one of these sections, with a Manage button. The old Products entry under Settings is gone.

Also in this release

• Voices now carry a role (like Founder or CTO), a beat of two to four topics, and an audience, so multiple voices stop drafting the same post. Settings › Voices is now a card grid showing role, channels, volume, and connected accounts; the voice detail page splits into status tiles and tabs for Voice, Publishing, Accounts, and Public page or Links.
• Agents & MCP has its own page in the main nav, out from under Settings, with an endpoint hero, connection stats, three ways to connect, access management, a tool catalogue, and recent agent activity.
• Release intake (commit digest cadence, commit webhook, Draft now / Backfill, release webhook) moved from product settings to a dedicated Changelogs page.
• Agents connected via MCP can now add or remove competitors from the watchlist directly; removals also clear that competitor's battlecard.
• Competitor visibility snapshots now re-scan immediately when the watchlist changes, instead of showing stale results for up to five days.
• Assorted interface polish: fixed a stray outline on focused Inbox rows, stopped the workspace switcher from jumping the nav on first load, and corrected settings navigation shifting between pages of different heights.
