Ballad now lets proven lanes go out on their own through the Trust ladder. Each voice and lane starts at Ask me, and you can move it to On its own. Each person also gets their own Inbox, delivered by Slack DM or email, and Settings has a new Billing page. This release also adds Reddit listening, changes which assistants track AI visibility on which plans, and makes the Inbox load faster.
Your Inbox, per person
Each person's Inbox now shows the voices they handle. Workspace-level items go to Owners and Admins. A voice can name delegates, who act on its behalf.
Everyone gets their Inbox as Slack DMs, in their own quiet hours. It can also arrive by email, as cards that show the angle, the voice check and the post itself. Approve and Reject links open a confirm page without sign-in, and Reject lets you say why. Email goes out with the Slack cards instead of waiting for a digest.
To set it up, open the new My Notifications page and choose Email or Slack for each kind of Inbox item. Quiet hours cover both channels, and a Connected light shows when Slack can reach you. Slack settings and the connection test stay on the Slack page.
The Inbox also loads noticeably faster. It fetches data in parallel and loads only recent pieces, not every body ever written.
Trust ladder: let proven lanes go out on their own
Every voice and lane starts at Ask me. The lanes are channel posts, blogs, newsletter issues and changelog entries. Nothing moves until you move it.
When a lane has a run of clean approvals, Ballad suggests moving it to On its own. You decide. Once a lane is there, its items must pass quality gates and are scheduled at least two hours out. A bad result sets the lane back to Ask me.
Separately, you can send approved articles back to review before they publish.

Billing, plans and other changes
Settings now has a Billing page where you can start a 14-day trial, check out with Stripe and manage your subscription. Plan limits apply across the workspace, and free plans are handled with 100%-off promo codes. Business workspaces can sign in with SAML or OIDC single sign-on. Paid workspaces can turn off the "Powered by Ballad" footer, and it no longer appears on their public pages.
Tracked questions are now asked weekly on ChatGPT on every plan. Claude is on Startup and Business plans only, so Founders workspaces that currently use Claude will see it move to the paid plans.
The Community campaign in Campaigns can find Reddit threads through a web search limited to reddit.com. It checks every six hours and drafts replies from them. It's opt-in.
Fixes: tall dialogs such as the collection dialog now scroll inside instead of running off short screens, and the depth label reads "1 in 3" instead of "Every 3th".
