Loop
Ballad's read on your business: what it believes, what it's learning, the plan it's running, and the changes it wants to make.
Loop is the part no other tool has. It's Ballad's read on your business: what it believes, what it's learning from what you publish, the plan it's running, and the changes it wants to make to that plan.
One screen, in the order a founder asks. Each card opens a full page when you want the detail.
Where we stand
The top of the page is Ballad's current read: your positioning in its own words, the loop ring showing where the cycle is right now — publish, signals, learn, adjust — a "next move" line, and a scoreboard of the numbers that matter this week.
Decisions, and how much you decide
Under it sits the decisions band: plan changes Ballad proposes, and launch weeks waiting to be approved. Each one is a diff — what would change, why, and what it expects to happen — with Apply and Dismiss in place.
Beside them is the autonomy switch. It sets how far Ballad may go on its own: propose everything, or apply the safe changes itself and tell you. Either way a change it applies is watched, and reverts on its own if it doesn't hold up.
Beliefs and track record
Beliefs is what Ballad thinks is true about your business, audience, product, market and channels — each with a confidence bar and the evidence behind it. They're seeded from your positioning and your competitors, then updated as it learns.
You can correct any of them: Holds raises confidence, Not true refutes it and tells the planner to stop writing from it.
Ballad also predicts what a piece or a plan change will do, then scores itself against what actually happened. That's the track record line — how well calibrated it's been lately, rather than a number it picked to look good.
The plan
The plan is what it's running: each voice's lanes with their cadence and the mix of formats in each, the offers it's leading with, and the experiments in flight — threads against single posts, one angle against another — each run to a result and judged on what converts.
Every version is kept. Open the versions rail to see what changed and when, and restore an earlier one if a change took you somewhere you didn't want.
Market and products
Market is how your space looks from outside: your share of the AI answers against each competitor, the questions where they're named and you aren't, your watchlist, and the battlecard per competitor that re-checks their site weekly.
Products covers what you sell — the features and docs Ballad writes from, and the releases that turn into changelog entries and launch weeks.
Activity
Everything that happened, newest first: learnings, plan changes, applied and reverted, with links into the pieces behind them. All history is the full timeline.
