Content is where everything Ballad has written lives, and where you set the rules it writes under. The Inbox shows you what needs you today; Content shows you the whole picture — the weeks ahead, your website, your voices and your collections.

The calendar

The default view is a five-week calendar, Sunday to Saturday, with every piece on the day it goes out. Drafts, scheduled posts, published articles, launches: all of it, across every voice and channel.

Click any chip to open the item sheet: the full text (a thread post by post, an article as its sections), who's speaking, where it's going, its numbers if it's already out, and the actions that make sense for its state — approve, edit, post now, publish, view live.

Scheduling is one control in that sheet. Move pins a piece to an exact day and time; Let Ballad pick unpins it and hands the slot back to the plan, which reflows the rest of the lane around it.

Website: sitemap and audit

The Website view is about your site as a whole, not just what Ballad wrote.

• Sitemap — every page Ballad can see, as a tree, refreshed daily. It's what the writing pass links to, so articles link to your real pricing and docs pages instead of inventing them.
• Audit — a weekly read of that site against your positioning: pages that contradict what you now say, gaps you should be writing about, pages nobody reaches, missing metadata, articles slipping in search. Each finding comes with the fix attached — Write it turns a gap into a brief, Refresh it rewrites a slipping article in place — plus Copy, Fixed and Dismiss. Anything severe also shows up in your Inbox.

Landing pages and your collections live in the same rail, so you can see what each lane has published.

Voices and collections

A voice is a speaker: you, and your company. Its page shows what it publishes, which accounts it posts from, how much you trust it, and the beat it writes on — with its channels, formats and cadence behind the same page.

A collection is a lane of long-form: a blog, a changelog, a founder journal. Each has its own subject, its own cadence, its own destination, and its own opening-image style. Add one, archive one, or change its pace from Settings → Collections.

Creating something yourself

The Create button covers the times you don't want to wait for the plan:

• Ballad writes it — give a topic or rough notes and pick the format.
• Polish mine — paste your draft; Ballad keeps every fact and the length, and fixes the flow. One tap to approve.
• As written — your exact words, straight onto the schedule. No review step, because there's nothing to review.

The same dialog covers articles, posts, threads, image posts, newsletter issues, release notes, landing pages and the on-demand community launches.
